The Assistance Alert System delivers instant communication through strategically positioned Emergency Fast Notification (EFN) buttons located throughout a checkpoint and other high-security access control points.
Upon pressing the EFN, the system immediately broadcasts a high-decibel audible alert followed by a clear location-specific announcement where backup assistance is needed, while simultaneously illuminating LED displays that identify the exact location of the emergency.
The system’s all-weather design ensures reliable operation in harsh environmental conditions, with EFN activation buttons installed at primary booth locations, secondary inspection areas, processing rooms, vehicle canopy zones, and other inspection areas. Complementing the activation network, weatherproof speakers and LED signage provide comprehensive coverage across all critical areas, ensuring no agent or officer request for assistance goes unnoticed.
