Mark is responsible for all aspects of managing the company’s finances including planning, record keeping and reporting. Mark holds degrees in marketing and accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. He also holds a CPA certificate from the State of Tennessee.

President & Chief Operating Officer
Brian Cooper is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Global GRAB Technologies. He is responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Direction and Operation of the Company.
With more than 16 years of experience in the Physical Security Industry, Brian has been with Global GRAB Technologies for 13 years. During this time, Brian has worked in every aspect of Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, including assessment, engineering, construction, design, implementation and servicing. He continues to provide consultation and direction to many key corporate and government clients on perimeter security and hostile vehicle mitigation worldwide.
Brian is driven to keep Global GRAB Technologies at the forefront of technology and innovation within the industry. This includes making large investments in research and development. As a result of the research, our client-focused goal is to develop the next generation of less-than-lethal barrier products that incorporate the latest advances in electronic and cybersecurity features.
Brian understands that one of Global GRAB’s biggest differentiators in the Hostile Vehicle Mitigation market is the firm’s ability to provide true end-to-end customer solutions for its clients. With this in mind, Brian is focused on continually expanding Global GRAB’s Partner Network in order to offer more options for comprehensive turnkey solutions.

VP of Sales & Business Development
Paul is the Vice President of Sales, Business Development & Marketing for Global GRAB Technologies a worldwide authority in Hostile Vehicle Mitigation and Perimeter Security based in Franklin, Tennessee.
Prior to joining Global GRAB Technologies, Paul was a business unit leader for Panasonic Systems Solutions of North America responsible for leading Panasonic’s Public Safety Solutions Group. Paul also served in roles as Senior Director for NEC’s Advanced Recognition Systems Division (Biometrics) in the US and Canada and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Perceptics, LLC, a leader in license plate imaging for United States, Canada and Mexican border security agencies. He also served as a Regional Vice President for New World Systems a public safety software solutions provider. As a sales leader Paul has been a guest speaker at many seminars and national conferences including the International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Conference and the World Border Security Congress in Athens, Greece.
Before Paul’s corporate success he served as a law enforcement professional holding positions as a Director of Public Safety, Chief of Police and Special Agent in Charge. He is a graduate of the DEA Officer’s Academy in Washington, DC, and the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Paul served 5 years on the Legislative Committee for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and as an assessor for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). Paul served in the United States Air Force and is the recipient of a Strategic Air Command worldwide award presented by the Secretary of the Air Force on behalf of the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters, Washington, DC.
Paul has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois. He studied International Business & Marketing at the University of Munster (Germany) and the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (Germany). He is a graduate of the Penn State Executive Development Institute (POLEX) and completed the Strategic Planning & Business Decision Making program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Global GRAB Technologies. He is responsible for all aspects of managing the company’s finances including planning, record keeping and reporting.
Prior to joining Global GRAB Technologies, Mark served as CFO for various private equity backed manufacturing, metals and startup companies in and around the Nashville area. While serving in this capacity, Mark participated in business acquisitions, software implementations, operational initiatives and capital restructuring. In addition to working with several small businesses, Mark also served as CFO of AMI Metals, a multinational company focused on the aerospace industry for several years. Mark got his start in business as a CPA in Nashville working 11 years servicing clients in multiple industries across the southeast.
Mark holds degrees in marketing and accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. He also holds a CPA certificate from the State of Tennessee.
Executive Chairman
Mark Horne brings 35 years of business leadership experience to his role as Executive Chairman at Global GRAB.
Mark started his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse, where he worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, oil & gas, advertising, and real estate management.
Later Mark worked for several large privately owned manufacturing businesses with senior management roles in finance and operations.
During his tenure as VP Finance for Opex Corporation, the company grew revenues by a factor of 10X and Mark led the accounting team, implemented an ERP system, assisted with international expansion in Europe, and managed the site selection and construction of the firm’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.
As CFO of Midwest Stamping, a tier one automotive supplier, Mark led a financial and operational turnaround, improved their ERP systems, and participated in the roll out of Lean Manufacturing across their three manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Kentucky and South Carolina.
Most recently Mark served as Operating Partner for Plymouth Growth, a private equity firm based in Ann Arbor, MI. Plymouth invests in growth stage businesses in the central US and is the majority owner of Global GRAB. Mark has a strong track record of helping build strong, sustainable businesses across Plymouth’s portfolio and joined the GRAB management team full time in late December 2021.
Mark has degrees in accounting and finance from Cedarville University in Ohio; and an MBA from Widener University in Philadelphia.

Jeff has been a Partner at Plymouth Growth since 2008 and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investing activities, from origination to exit. He has led several successful investments in Funds II, III & IV including IDV Solutions, 365 Retail Markets, Kinney Group and Allied Payment Network. Jeff is an experienced finance professional and brings over 20 years of experience to collaborating with Plymouth’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Plymouth, Jeff was a Senior Economist at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) in Washington, DC where he was responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities in small- and medium-sized businesses, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his work with OPIC, Jeff was a management and strategy consultant for ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Stone & Webster Management Consultants, specializing in sell-side privatization transactions in Latin America and Africa.
Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of the Arts from Trinity College in Economics and Spanish, with other graduate studies at New York University and Georgetown University.
