In numerous real-world impacts, the GRAB system has effectively stopped vehicles weighing 15,000 lbs traveling at speeds reaching 40 mph and above. The GRAB-400 offers a reliable solution for active vehicle barriers with very little maintenance required and very durable components (existing installations with well over 1 million cycles and going).
