GRAB 300 Up Position
The award-winning GRAB 300 (Ground Retractable Automobile Barrier) is a less-than-lethal active vehicle barrier system which utilizes Global GRAB’s patented energy-absorbing system to reduce the overall G-force of an impact. The GRAB 300 is ASTM M50/P2 Crash Certified, U.S. Department of Homeland Security SAFETY Act Certified as an “Approved Product for Homeland Security” and is on the DoD Anti-Ram Barrier List.
The less-than-lethal effectiveness of the GRAB 300 has been demonstrated numerous times as the result of real-world incidents involving vehicles that “intentionally or unintentionally” attempted to breach an access control or security checkpoint at speeds reported up to 70 miles per hour.
